A website quote only makes sense when you know what it includes. Design, content, hosting, maintenance, updates, and ownership terms all affect what you pay and what work remains yours.
A DIY builder can suit someone who has time to create and maintain the site. A one-time build can suit a business that wants to manage its own hosting and future updates, depending on the agreement. A managed subscription combines a website with ongoing support.
Compare each option over the same period. Add the initial work, recurring charges, and any separate maintenance or update fees. Then account for the time you or your team will spend supplying content, approving work, and maintaining the site. A smaller initial bill does not tell you the whole cost, and a higher price does not guarantee more customers.
| Option | Price | Scope |
|---|---|---|
| Website | $99/month or $990/year; no separate website build fee | Up to 9 pages, a standard inquiry form, and ongoing website care |
| Custom Website | By quote | Larger sites and additional functionality, with build and ongoing costs agreed upfront |
Annual Website billing is $990 paid upfront: 2 months free, or 12 months for the price of 10. Monthly billing remains available.
Website suits a business that needs a professional site and ongoing care, with its own process for handling inquiries. It includes responsive design, hosting, technical maintenance, website SEO foundations, and unlimited revisions within 48 hours inside the agreed scope. Ecommerce is not included.
Changes to existing text, photos, and business details are included. New pages, redesigns, and new functionality are scoped separately.
Larger service collections, additional functionality, or a more involved project need a custom proposal. We review feasibility, define the deliverables, and agree the build fee and ongoing costs before work begins.
Local SEO is $399/month or $3,990/year per business location and Google Business Profile. Annual billing is paid upfront for 12 months at the price of 10. It includes profile optimization, automated posts and review tools, citation management, local ranking reports, setup, monitoring, and supported social/video automations. It does not include an ongoing website content program.
You supply accurate business facts, content sources, brand assets, suitable photos, required account access, and one person to approve the work. Your team handles inquiries and sales.
The proposal names the pages and functionality. Larger changes require separate scope. Website SEO foundations and Local SEO do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or jobs.
On the $99 Website plan, your domain, supplied content, and customer data remain yours. BearGorilla owns and manages the design and code as part of your subscription. Migration requests are handled individually.
Cancellation stops the next renewal; service continues through the paid period, then the managed site goes offline. Files and migration are not automatically included. Voluntary cancellation does not prorate a prepaid term, subject to your agreement and applicable law. Custom project ownership, handoff, support, and billing terms are agreed separately.
